Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure engineering areas (hardware, networking, deployment, automation)
• Hands-on AWS experience including core services in production
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge across public/private clouds with scripting skills (e.g., Python)

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to projects of moderate scope
• Drive a workstream or project with infrastructure technologies
• Architect and implement changes across platforms to resolve issues and modernize processes
• Develop creative design, development, and troubleshooting solutions
• Engage with stakeholders while adhering to compliance and SLAs
• Provide follow-the-sun on-call support via distributed team across time zones
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to close issues and drive product improvement
