Job summary

OFG Education’s Chestnut Hill School in Flintshire seeks a Lead Clinician to manage the in-house Clinical Team and deliver bespoke assessments for students with complex needs. The role combines leadership with direct therapy caseload work, focusing on EHCP targets, safeguarding, and collaboration with SLT and the Regional Clinical Lead.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience with neurodivergent students
• Ability to supervise a therapy team
• Strong report writing skills
• Able to work independently and with school leadership

Responsibilities
