Job summary

Outcomes First Group (OFG) is seeking a Lead Clinician to drive clinical excellence within Fieldstone School. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop bespoke assessments and interventions for students with autism and SEMH challenges, and ensure EHCP-aligned clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Experience writing clinical and research reports.
• Experience supervising and supporting therapy teams.
• Ability to work independently within a growing clinical service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Fieldstone School.
• Collaborate with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
• Deliver bespoke assessment/intervention plans for students with complex needs.
• Focus on EHCP-driven clinical practices.
• Coordinate line management and lead service development.
