Job summary

Outcomes First Group (OFG) is seeking a Lead Clinician to drive clinical excellence within Fieldstone School. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop bespoke assessments and interventions for students with autism and SEMH challenges, and ensure EHCP-aligned clinical practices.

Essential Criteria

• BSc in Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, or a Doctorate in Psychology.
• Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or another approved governing body.
• Up-to-date professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS).
• Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
• Strong report writing skills related to clinical and research activities.
• Experience in providing supervision and support to a therapy team.
• Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing clinical service.
• Full UK valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

The Role

As our Lead Clinician, you will:

• Manage our in-house Clinical Team at Fieldstone School.
• Collaborate with the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs, including autism and SEMH challenges.
• Focus on meeting the needs of EHCP plans through targeted clinical practices.
• Coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team and lead service development.

Salary

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 DOE

Hours

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Contract

Contract: Permanent (52 weeks, with flexibility around term-time contracts available)

Essential Requirements Full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
