Job summary

London Market Insurer is seeking a Claims Data Analytics Lead to drive analytics and insights across claims operations, ensuring accurate regulatory and management reporting within agreed timelines.

You will develop data products, build self-service reporting tools and mentor teams to foster a data-first culture within claims portfolio management. Collaboration with Portfolio and Risk Managers will enable real-time, evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience of working in data and analytical environment.
• Excellent data extraction from systems and analytical tools.
• Proficient in Tableau/Power BI and Excel; SQL knowledge.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.

We are recruiting for a Claims Data Analytics Lead on behalf ofan extremely well-regarded London Market Insurer.

The Claims Data Analytics Lead will deliver analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement across claims operations, ensuring regulatory, portfolio and operational reporting is accurate and delivered within required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the claims data and analytics strategy.
• Developing analytical data products and outputs to monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators for UK Claims.
• Contributing to the delivery of MI and Analytics change priorities to meet UK Claims priorities.
• Developing self-service reporting tools to support management information delivery, improve productivity and drive real-time business decisions.
• Supporting the education and skills of others within UK Claims, promoting a data-first mindset and advanced data literacy within claims portfolio management.
• Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships across UK Claims and other functions.
• Producing regular statistical and analytical claims information for Portfolio and Risk Managers and Senior Management to enable effective claims monitoring.

Key Requirements
