Job summary

Crouch Waterfall is seeking a Principal Civil & Structural Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary team in Basingstoke. You will lead technical delivery on a portfolio of projects up to £20m, across rail, bridges and temporary works, reporting to the Associate Director.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with proven leadership of large civil/structural projects.
• Experience in bridges, steel, and reinforced concrete.
• UK work eligibility and extensive UK project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of complex civil & structural projects, including bridges and temporary works.
• Provide leadership to Engineers and Technicians, mentoring and coaching.
• Act as a technical reviewer, checking designs, calculations, and analyses.
