Linear Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major water infrastructure scheme in London for a Tier One contractor. The role covers design development through to handover, with interfaces around rail operations and complex civil works.

You will oversee programme, commercial performance, design coordination and site delivery, maintaining safety, quality and strong client relationships.

Competenze

• Proven PM experience in civil engineering/heavy civils (rail, water or utilities).
• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering; degree preferred.
• CSCS Manager-level card and SMSTS.
• Strong Primavera P6 and design coordination experience.
• Good knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, cost control and risk management.

Mansioni

• Lead safe delivery of complex civil works, on programme, on budget, to required quality.
• Manage full project lifecycle from design through construction and handover.
• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 programmes and look-ahead plans.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, and commercial performance; manage NEC contracts.
• Coordinate design development, temporary works and subcontractors.
• Manage project teams and stakeholders including rail operators.
• Ensure CDM compliance, risk assessments, ITPs and handover docs.
• Chair progress meetings and report on project performance.
