Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to take a leading role in delivering complex infrastructure projects, with responsibilities spanning from design through to site delivery. You will provide technical direction, oversee a small engineering team, and ensure all solutions meet safety and quality standards.

The role suits nuclear or major infrastructure backgrounds and requires strong governance and stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working in Warrington with Inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Senior Civil Engineer with leadership for complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience in nuclear/substation or major infrastructure environments preferred.
• Proven ability to lead design reviews, governance and quality control processes.
• Eligible to obtain SC clearance or equivalent security status.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering scope from design to delivery on major infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to engineers and technicians.
• Review and approve designs, calculations, and specs.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and governance.
