You’ll help staff maintain high standards and be prepared to deputise for Team Leaders, while building relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• A ‘can do’ attitude – a team player who rolls up their sleeves to help others.

• The resilience to deal with challenging situations.
• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• If you don’t have Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, we’ll fund study.
