Job summary

Witherslack Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker to help care for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs in our homes.

You’ll support staff, supervise shifts, deputise for Team Leaders when needed, and contribute to creating lasting positive memories for the young people.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and willingness to support others.
• Honesty and empathy are essential.

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Care for young people day-to-day, ensuring smooth operations.
• Support the staff team and help the home meet high standards; deputise for Team Leaders when needed.
• Join WG's Care Academy and complete the four-week off-the-job induction.
