- Requires Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care and preferably Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification.
- Experience leading two children’s residential homes with safeguarding and Ofsted/regulatory knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage two children's residential homes in line with Ofsted and regulatory standards.
- Ensure high-quality, personalised care plans and positive outcomes for young people.
- Recruit, develop and retain strong, consistent teams.
