Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead the kitchen and mentor a busy team across weekends and weekdays. You’ll drive consistency in Italian dishes, manage stock and costs, and uphold HACCP standards while inspiring pride in every plate.

Based in the UK, you’ll work with the General Manager to schedule shifts, deliver great guest experiences, and develop your chefs through hands-on leadership and regular coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Strong understanding of stock, waste, labour and costs.
• Commitment to high food safety standards (HACCP).
• Proven ability to lead and coach a kitchen team.
