Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and inspire the team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure menu execution, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety across the kitchen.

You will manage stock, costs and rosters, while collaborating with the General Manager to deliver a memorable guest experience. This is a hands-on role for a passionate chef.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior sous chef in busy, fast-paced kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of stock, waste and kitchen costs.
• Commitment to food safety, HACCP and high standards.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a diverse kitchen team.

Responsibilities
