Las Iguanas is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will manage a kitchen team, deliver consistently excellent dishes, and maintain top standards of cleanliness and safety while driving a positive, energetic culture.

You will balance creativity with cost control, develop staff, and work closely with the General Manager to drive restaurant success and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience by ensuring every dish is cooked to perfection.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
• Create a fun, motivating team environment, with a focus on developing and nurturing talent.
• Be commercially minded analysing profit & loss accounts to make strong financial decisions and drive efficiency.
