Las Iguanas Limited is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead a fast-paced Latin-inspired kitchen. You will manage the kitchen team, drive every dish to perfection, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety while maintaining energy and passion in a busy service.

You’ll balance creativity with control, coaching chefs, monitoring costs, and working closely with the General Manager to grow a thriving, team-driven kitchen that delivers consistently bold flavours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen with the management team to achieve restaurant goals.
• Ensure every dish is cooked to perfection and guest experience is standout.
• Maintain top cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Create a fun, motivating team environment and nurture talent.
• Analyse profit & loss accounts to drive weak points and cost efficiencies.
