Las Iguanas is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a fast-paced kitchen, delivering fresh, high-quality dishes while maintaining spotless hygiene and a vibrant, team‑focused environment. You’ll own the kitchen, train chefs, manage services, and balance creativity with cost control.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll shape the guest experience, drive profitability, and contribute to a culture that celebrates individuality and teamwork across The Big Table Group brands.

• High-volume kitchen leadership experience.
• Proven track record in delivering quality, consistent dishes.
• Excellent people development and communication skills.
• Strong financial understanding, budgeting and cost control.
