Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Head Chef to drive all food preparation activities, oversee one large kitchen or multiple teams, and ensure menus align with brand standards while managing stock and profitability.

You will bake breads and pastries, develop innovative offerings, and lead the Food Preparation team to deliver high-quality dishes. Strong leadership and adherence to safety and quality are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 – Culinary or equivalent.
• Food Hygiene Certificate – Level 3 (intermediate).
• Food Production Management System training.

Responsibilities

• Manage a single large kitchen or multiple kitchens with Chefs and Assistants.
• Allocate tasks to ensure full utilisation and standard recipes meeting brand standards.
• Ensure efficient execution and delivery of all food line products.
