Job summary

Sea Lanes in Brighton is seeking a Lead Chef to take ownership of our kitchen operations. You will lead the team, manage service, and ensure every dish reflects our coastal, high-standard standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, menu development for events, and close collaboration with front-of-house. You will oversee food safety, hygiene, and compliance, maintaining excellent quality and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior chef or kitchen leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and service standards.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance procedures.
• Ability to work effectively and lead others in fast-paced environments.
