SeaLanes Brighton Limited in Brighton is seeking an inspiring Lead Chef to head our kitchen operations. You will lead day-to-day cooking, manage a team, and ensure top-tier food safety and service standards for all events and our regular service.

Responsibilities include menu development, staff leadership, and maintaining HACCP compliance in a fast-paced coastal venue. This part-time role requires availability evenings and weekends to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior chef or kitchen leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and service standards.
