Qualifications

• Experience as a professional chef in a care or kitchen environment.
• Ability to manage catering within budget and follow company policy.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Home Manager and staff to provide high-quality, home-cooked meals daily.
• Cater for residents' dietary needs and cultural preferences.
• Prepare, cook and serve meals in a timely manner.
• Order supplies within catering budget and guidelines, using approved suppliers when needed.
• Maintain HACCP records and comply with HACCP/COSHH guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, healthy kitchen environment and health & safety compliance.
• Lead and manage the catering team.
