Standard Life plc is seeking a Change Lead to join the Enhanced Services Change Team in Edinburgh. You will drive end-to-end change, shape adoption strategies, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate across Operations, Technology, Communications, and Training, embedding new capabilities and sustaining benefits while balancing business needs and people impact.

Formación

• Proven experience leading people-focused technology-enabled change.
• Strong track record embedding change across functions with training, adoption, and transition to BAU.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement; able to manage conflicting priorities.
• Work with technical and operational teams; challenge delivery plans with customer outcomes in focus.
• Ideally qualified in APMG Change Management or similar (Agile, PRINCE2, Lean) and familiar with Agile/Waterfall.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end change and business readiness; scope projects, define objectives, deliverables, and success measures with clear documentation.
• Manage risks, actions, decisions, and stakeholder communications; keep sponsors informed.
• Embed change through governance, tools, and best practices; drive readiness, training, adoption, and transition to business-as-usual.
