Job summary
Risktec Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Principal Technical Safety Consultant specializing in CFD to join our risk and safety consulting team.
Based in London, with options for other UK offices, the role involves leading CFD-related studies for oil, gas, chemical and clean energy facilities, and delivering complex technical solutions to clients. You will guide junior engineers, manage projects from initiation to completion, and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- CFD simulations for risk and safety studies in oil, gas, chemical, or energy sectors.
- Experience with CFD tools such as FLACS-CFD, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, DNV KFX or FDS.
- Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, combustion chemistry, and explosion science.
- Ability to manage complex models and lead projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects and collaborate in a fast-growing team.
- Base in London, with flexibility on other UK offices.
- Travel within the UK and worldwide as required.
