Job summary

Sense Scotland in Dundee is seeking a Team Leader to take day-to-day leadership across two supported living services for 11 adults. You'll work on shift with staff and provide coaching and supervision.

The role focuses on person-centred support, developing staff, and collaborating with families and professionals to meet individual goals. SVQ Level 6 is required; flexibility and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• You must have SVQ at SCQF Level 6 (or above) in Social Services and Health Care.
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
• We do NOT offer visa sponsorship for vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across two services.
• Coaching, supporting and supervising staff on shift.
• Review and adjust individual support plans.
• Ensure proactive, person-centred care and positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, Welfare Guardians and other professionals.
