Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Care Supervisor for our luxury Weybridge home. You will support and guide a small team of care assistants, organise the team, and lead by example.

Expect regular supervisions, one-to-ones, and annual reviews to promote development. You will monitor residents' care plans, ensure adherence by all staff, and document daily progress while occasionally performing care duties.

Formación

• Experience in care with supervision and handling performance reviews.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and medication administration qualification are advantageous.
• Strong leadership and organising abilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop a small team of care assistants; conduct supervisions and appraisals.
• Monitor and review residents' care plans; ensure adherence by the team.
• Record residents' daily progress accurately and perform care duties when required.
• Remain calm and lead during emergencies.
