Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Care Supervisor for its Weybridge home. You will lead a small team of care assistants, coordinate shift coverage, and ensure high-quality daily care for residents. You will supervise staff performance and contribute to care plan reviews.

You will also monitor records, support residents in daily activities, and handle situations calmly, providing guidance during emergencies and maintaining a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care leadership and team development.
• Ability to supervise and mentor care staff.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a small team of care assistants, guiding development through regular supervisions and reviews.
• Monitor and review residents' care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Record residents' daily progress accurately and report to the team and management.
• Perform care assistant duties with residents when required, maintaining dignity and safety.
• Remain calm and provide clear leadership in emergencies.
