You will support Care Professionals, conduct compliance checks, mentor colleagues, and help ensure safeguarding and person-centred care. Visa sponsorship is available for overseas applicants, making the UK opportunity accessible.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) required.
• Previous care experience essential.
• Full UK driving licence and vehicle access for travel between clients.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and person-centred care.
• Right to work in UK or eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead Care Professional role starting services for new clients and delivering initial visits hands-on.
• Support Care Professionals matched with each client and help them integrate and understand needs.
• Conduct compliance checks, such as spot checks and observations, to uphold standards.
• Mentor colleagues, administer medication, and maintain accurate records.
