Home Instead North Warwickshire is seeking a Lead Care Professional to start a new service for clients in Atherstone and Coleshill. You will mentor care staff, perform compliance checks, and ensure high-quality care while working closely with the Registered Manager.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a care setting.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travelling between clients.
• A warm, patient and reliable approach, with the confidence to make decisions and lead by example.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and person-centred care.

The role

We're looking for an experienced Lead Care Professional to start the service for our new clients and then support the Care Professionals matched with them. You'll make sure each client's care gets off to the right start, then carry out compliance checks and provide mentoring so that the quality of care stays high. You'll work closely with our Registered Manager.

This is a 30-hour-a-week position, with alternate weekends off, so you get a regular, predictable break.

What you'll be doing

You must have:

It would be great if you also have:

• Medication administration training
• Experience of dementia care or end-of-life care
• Experience with digital care planning systems

• £13.83 per hour (£21,574 per year for 30 hours a week)
• Paid travel time and mileage between visits
• 5.6 weeks' paid holiday per year (168 hours for this role), including bank holidays
