Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering background.
• Experience in kitchen environment.
• Health & Safety knowledge in a busy environment.
• Proven track record leading a service team.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering operations and ensure high standards within the home.
• Ensure budgets are met and stock levels managed.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Complete reports on catering activities and audits on time.
• Collaborate with Home Manager and residents to meet dietary needs.
