Job summary

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Highly Specialist Cardiac Physiologist (CRM/Invasive) to join the Cardiac Rhythm Management team. The role covers implantation and follow-up of implantable cardiac devices, including pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs, and ILRs, with remote monitoring and collaboration across the department.

The post supports PCI and diagnostic angiography, with a focus on high-quality patient care, professional development, and flexible working

Qualifications

• Specialist cardiac physiologist providing independent support to Cardiac Device Service.
• Experience in implantation and follow-up of implantable devices (ICDs, CRTs, pacemakers, ILRs).
• Remote monitoring and alert management.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide specialist and advanced physiologist support to the Cardiac Device Service.
• Remote monitoring and alert management.
• Audit and governance activities within the department.
• Contribute to service development and protocols.
