NHS Jobs in Coventry is seeking a CRM / EP Service Lead Cardiac Physiologist to lead Electrophysiology (EP) and CRM across the department and Catheter Lab. You will provide operational support to the DCI manager and ensure high standards of diagnostic accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires extensive band 7/8a level experience, strong leadership, and active involvement in governance, audits and capacity planning to drive service improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant independent practice at band 7 or band 8a in Electrophysiology and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EP/CRM services across the Cardiac Investigation and Catheter Lab.
• Oversee workload, capacity planning and staffing to maximise service delivery.
• Participate in audits, service developments and business case activity.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and national guidelines; govern clinical practice.
