Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Lead CAD/BIM Revit Engineer (non-Infra) for the Strategic Pipeline Alliance. The role supports and guides the project delivery team, with flexible/hybrid work from the Peterborough office or remote from home.

You will provide technical leadership, set standards across Revit models, mentor BIM Engineers, and ensure high-quality, standards-compliant Non-Infra modelling across disciplines using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks within the SPA CDE environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership of Revit modelling on complex water/wastewater or process projects.
• Ability to set up and enforce Revit standards, templates, and libraries.
• Experience coordinating across multi-discipline teams and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Non-Infra Revit models (MEP, process, civils, structural).
• Approve geometry, metadata, and model maturity progression.
• Create/maintain Revit families, schedules, templates, and libraries.
• Conduct technical reviews on models before issue.
• Coordinate modelling work across multiple work packages.
• Maintain Non-Infra Revit modelling procedures and QA/QC.
