  • Design and support delivery of a revised Salesforce categorisation data model, ensuring governance and reporting needs are understood and documented.
  • Using federated data sets to conduct data analysis, categorisation analysis and demand analysis to inform operating model decisions, service design, prioritisation and performance expectations.
  • Analyse and define case routing rules, future-state processes and procedures, working closely with product, technology, operational and third-party stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and produce, or provide input into, the analysis and design outputs needed to support effective, scalable and controlled automation within the MCPS future-state solution.
  • Translate SLA and SLT requirements into dashboard, reporting and performance-monitoring requirements that enable proactive management, trend analysis and service performance governance.
  • Participating in the squad as agreed, provide the link between the membership business teams, data and analytics teams, technology delivery teams, ensuring requirements, risks, assumptions and dependencies remain clear throughout the delivery lifecycle.
