Job summary

Fletchers Solicitors Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge strategy and execution within Medical Law Services. The role involves leading change initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders, and delivering measurable value through process and data insights.

You will work in a hybrid model with 1–2 days in Liverpool, shaping improvements, leading stakeholders, and embedding benefits into operations while supporting the MLS transformation agenda and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BA/change roles with ownership of complex initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into deliverable change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing能力.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into practical, deliverable change initiatives with measurable value.
• Analyse processes, performance and operating models to identify root causes and opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Lead current-state and future-state process design, standardising and automating ways of working.
• Translate workshop outputs into clear requirements, user stories and specifications.
• Develop delivery plans with milestones, ownership and success measures; drive initiatives to implementation.
• Track benefits and embed improvements into business-as-usual operations.
