Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Engineer in a relevant environment.
• Strong technical background in Mechanical & Electrical.
• Experience managing subcontractors and supporting team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers for effective delivery.
• Coordinate daily workloads ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and maintain high workmanship standards.

Education

Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Building Services
