Job summary

Acorn Limited is seeking a Building Services Engineer to perform planned maintenance across client sites in North and North West London. The role emphasizes reliability, presentation, and strong client engagement.

We offer a comprehensive package with 41.25 hours per week, a salary up to £44,000 depending on experience, a company van and fuel card, and generous holiday entitlement. This is a local on-site position supporting long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Building Services or Maintenance Engineer.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, heating and ventilation.
• Ability to work independently and plan workloads.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Good health and safety awareness and site compliance.
• Full UK driving licence; City & Guilds or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across client sites in North and North West London.
• Ensure work is completed to high standards and safely.
• Engage with clients and maintain professional relationships.
