Rullion is seeking an experienced Building Services Lead to support the design, delivery and commissioning of building services across a major UK infrastructure project within the nuclear sector, with hybrid working and access to a Bristol office.

You will oversee permanent ancillary buildings, coordinate multidisciplinary design activities, lead design reviews, manage interfaces with contractors and consultants, and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services engineering for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to lead design reviews and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of CIBSE standards and building services processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee building services design for permanent ancillary buildings.
• Coordinate technical interfaces and design changes across engineering teams.
• Lead and support design reviews, resolve technical issues, and monitor supplier activities.
• Support construction and commissioning, assess proposed changes and ensure QA processes.
