Job summary

NRL is seeking a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer to lead RIBA Stage 3 design for significant nuclear projects in Glasgow. You will serve as the Electrical Lead for essential systems while managing a small team of engineers.

This position involves ensuring high-integrity outcomes within stringent regulatory environments and offers a 12-month contract with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering RIBA Stage 3 design within nuclear or highly regulated sectors.
• Strong technical competence across HV, LV, building services, and communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead RIBA Stage 3 scheme design for major nuclear-related infrastructure.
• Act as the Electrical Lead for safety-implicated EC&I systems.
• Ensure high-integrity design delivery within a regulated environment.
