Job summary

Insignis Talent. STR Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Services Lead to join our Bristol-based multidisciplinary engineering team.

This senior role focuses on developing the Building Services function, securing new work and delivering high-quality projects across the South West and Wales. You will lead the Bristol Building Services team, drive client relationships, oversee mechanical, electrical and public health input, manage budgets and resources, mentor engineers and promote low-carbon

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status.
• Proven experience leading Building Services projects and teams.
• Technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical and/or public health engineering.
• Experience in client management, business development and winning work.
• Experience managing design delivery, quality, resources, risk and commercial performance.
• Familiarity with BIM and digital design tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region as required.
