Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Bid Manager / Bid Writer to own bids from invitation to tender through to submission, with autonomy and direct influence on winning outcomes.

Based in Bristol (commutable from Bath and surrounding towns), the role involves leading bid writing, conducting tender appraisals with the Estimator, and coordinating with Contracts Managers to shape logistics, costings and planning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bid writing and compliant submissions.
• Commercial construction industry knowledge.
• Understanding of project sequencing and pre-construction processes.

Responsabilités

• Leading bid writing and compliance responses for construction tenders.
• Reviewing invitations to tender and carrying out tender appraisals with the Estimator.
• Working with Contracts Managers and Estimators to develop logistics, costings and planning content.
• Ensuring quality assessment requirements are understood and addressed.
