Job summary

Arriva Group is seeking a BI Developer to join our growing data team. You will transform complex data into intuitive dashboards, reports and self-service analytics solutions across the organisation.

Working closely with BI Engineers, Analysts and business stakeholders, you will enable colleagues to make data-driven decisions. The role reports to the Lead BI Developer and offers hybrid working from London, Sunderland or Thurmaston with three days on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with BI tools; QuickSight preferred and Power BI exposure beneficial.
• Experience translating business needs into dashboards and reports.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards, reports and self-service analytics using Power BI, QuickSight or Tableau.
• Translate business requirements into clear visualisations and insights.
• Automate recurring reporting and reduce spreadsheet reliance.
• Validate data accuracy and support performance optimisation of BI solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for dashboards and metrics.
• Support self-service analytics adoption across the business.
