Job summary

Arriva Limited is seeking a BI Developer to transform complex data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reports and self-service analytics. You will work with BI Engineers and business stakeholders to shape data usage and enable data-driven decisions.

The role offers hybrid working across our London, Sunderland or Thurmaston offices with a mix of on-site and flexible days to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with BI tools and dashboards.
• Experience with SQL querying.
• Ability to translate requirements into visual insights.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, reports and self-service analytics solutions.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive visualisations and insights.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce spreadsheet usage.
• Collaborate with BI Engineers and stakeholders to define KPIs and data models.
• Validate data accuracy and optimise BI performance.
• Create and maintain documentation for dashboards and metrics.
