You will apply functional assessment and data-driven strategies to help individuals achieve meaningful life skills, coaching frontline teams, and collaborating with families to promote prosocial outcomes.

Qualifications

• UK-BA(cert) registered Behaviour Analyst.
• Experience with Functional Assessments and data-driven planning.
• Ability to work closely with families and frontline teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coaching to translate theory into daily practice.
• Assessment and design of support plans to improve life skills.
• Mentoring UKiBA and UKvBA colleagues as they grow as practice leaders.
• Upholding UK-SBA Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
