Job summary

Positive Support Group Limited is seeking a Trainee Behaviour Analyst in Notts. You will manage a caseload of complex clients, deliver assessments and interventions, and work flexibly in person and remotely, under supervision. The role supports a PBS framework and professional development toward a PBS Practitioner qualification.

The position offers a competitive salary (£26,226 - £30,600) with hybrid working arrangements and ongoing clinical supervision, enabling growth within PBS practices.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in Behaviour Analysis, Clinical Psychology or PBS qualification completed or in progress (e.g., BTEC Level 4 or 5 in PBS).
• Working towards a competency-based portfolio.
• Registered with UK-SBA as a practicing member or eligible to be.
• Experience with children, young people and/or adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health difficulties.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex clients and deliver assessments and interventions.
• Work in person and through other mediums; stay solution and values-focused.
• Engage clients and networks to identify quality of life goals.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management policies.
• Maintain high standards of record keeping and data entry.
• Pursue clinical supervision focused on PBS Practitioner qualification.

Education
