• You Value Teamwork: You build mutual respect with families and teams, recognising that everyone’s experience is vital to an individual’s success.
• You Love Seeing Progress: You use your expertise in Functional Assessment and visual data to celebrate wins and keep the team moving forward.
• You are Resilient & Proactive: You bring a “can-do” spirit to every situation, always championing the most person‑centred, least restrictive path.

Your Role at a Glance

• Hands‑on Coaching: Bringing behavioural theory to life through daily encouragement and real‑time feedback for our teams.
• Assessment & Design: Creating support plans that open doors to new skills and experiences and a significantly better quality of life.
• Mentoring Others: Supporting our UKiBA and UKvBA colleagues as they emerge into the next generation of PBS practice leaders.
• Ethical Integrity: Upholding the UK‑SBA Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct and the Mental Capacity Act (2005) with care and professionalism.
