Ryanair - Europe’s Favourite Airline is seeking an experienced B1 Engineering Shift Leader to be based at Manchester Airport. You will lead a team of engineers, mechanics and trainees, oversee line maintenance activities, and ensure maintenance is performed to the highest standards.

The role requires a UK CAA Part-66 B1 Licence with Boeing 737-NG endorsement, EASA Part-66 B1 Licence, and strong IT skills (AMOS).

Formación

• Line maintenance leadership and team supervision experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• IT literacy with familiarity of AMOS software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineers, mechanics and trainees at the Manchester Line Station.
• Coordinate line maintenance activities, routine servicing, and AOG recovery for Ryanair’s 737-800/737-8200 fleets.
• Develop and deliver effective maintenance plans with Engineering Planners.
