Job summary

Ryanair Ltd. is seeking a skilled B1 Licensed Engineer to join the Manchester Line Station on 2D2N rotations.

The role combines hands-on maintenance with leadership responsibilities, supervising Engineers, Mechanics and Trainees while ensuring compliance with UKCAA/EASA standards. You will lead day-to-day line maintenance on the Boeing 737 family, drive safety culture, and deliver reliable aircraft performance in a fast-paced environment at Manchester Airport.

Qualifications

Experience leading a maintenance team in a live Line Station.
Strong knowledge of Boeing 737 family layouts and maintenance procedures.
UK CAA Part-66 B1 Licence with Boeing 737-NG endorsement & recency.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Engineers, Mechanics and Trainees at the Manchester Line Station.
Coordinate Line Maintenance activities including routine servicing and defect rectification for Ryanair’s 737 family.
Work with Engineering Planners to develop and deliver maintenance plans for the Line Station.
Ensure maintenance is performed safely, efficiently, and per procedures and regulatory requirements.
Drive a strong safety and compliance culture across the team and station.
Support staff development and onboarding of new personnel.
