Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking an outstanding candidate to contribute to demanding and exciting digital services for the UK Government. You will act as a DevOps leader, building a DevOps culture with line management responsibility of Senior DevOps Engineers and guiding existing engineers to raise capability and standards.

Experience defining engineering standards across multiple teams.
Strong line-management, mentoring and recruitment skills.

Create capability via training, mentoring and practice alignment.
Ensure digital services meet standards and best practices.
Recruitment within the DevOps community and align senior teams.
