Job summary

Kier Design in Speke, Liverpool is seeking an Architect to join our design team. You will lead on substantial projects, deliver high quality design work, and produce coordinated drawings and specifications across education, defence, and conservation sectors.

The role requires a Chartered Architect with strong REVIT and BIM skills, knowledge of current regulations and procurement methods, and experience across RIBA Plan of Work stages. You will mentor colleagues and support the national team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with Chartered status and strong design/detailed drawing skills.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary work.
• Proven ability to manage projects to time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead on substantial and complex projects and coordinate team members.
• Contribute to detailed design, drawings, and specifications with quality control.
• Oversee contract administration and site supervision, ensuring KPI delivery.
