Brock Carmichael Architects in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead projects from concept through to completion, working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team on a diverse portfolio of commissions.

You’ll produce high-quality drawings and technical information, coordinate with consultants and attend client, design team and site meetings, while developing planning and building regulations and delivering on programme and budget.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to delivery.
• Produce high-quality drawings, presentations and technical information.
• Develop creative design solutions that respond to client briefs.
• Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Attend client, design team and site meetings.
• Develop Planning, Building Regulations and construction information.
• Deliver projects on programme and within budget.
• Contribute ideas to improve projects and the practice.
