Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Antenna Design Engineer to take ownership of antenna work packages from concept through validation, contributing to radar and RF technology development.

The role involves designing and modelling antenna systems with software tools, working with RF components such as filters, splitters and rotary joints, and operating in a hybrid environment (2 days at home).

Qualifications

• Strong background in printed and waveguide antenna design at microwave frequencies.
• Experience with design processes, tolerance analysis and real-world implementation challenges.
• Experience modeling antenna systems using industry-standard software.

Responsibilities

• Lead antenna design work packages from concept through validation.
• Own significant design tasks and drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate on the development of radar and RF technologies.
